PRODUCT INFORMATION - Carvings are supplied direct from the carver's hand.
Some light, preparatory sanding may be required to achieve your desired
level of finish. (See Product Information page).
Natural pinewood is characterised by variations in grain and colour. Some
evidence of mineral staining may occasionally be apparent.
Store in their original packaging in cool, dry conditions away from direct
sunlight prior to installation and ensure prompt and efficient sealing
of the surface thereafter.
RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods must receive our official authorisation before they can
be accepted for credit. Customers are entitled to a 14 day money back
guarantee. After this time returned goods are subject to 25% administrative
and re-handling charge. We cannot accept returned goods that have been
treated or altered. All returned goods must be adequately packaged, as
no refund will be allowed on goods damaged in return transit.
WARRANTY
Goods should be inspected upon receipt and re-packed in their delivery
carton prior to installation. Should any damage shortfall or defects
be apparent on delivery, we will replace goods provided we are notified
within 72 hours. Our liabilities are limited to the replacement
cost of our product.
Hand carvings are not recommended for exterior use.
Under no circumstances shall Wild Goose Carvings or its proprietors be responsible for damages, incidental or consequential, that result either directly or indirectly from use of the information given on their website, by any persons; and any information so used is entirely at users' risk.
